Carlos Halgraves

Carlos is Vice President at Balandra. He is currently pursuing an MBA in London Business School. Prior to Balandra Carlos gathered over five years of investment banking experience, specializing in M&A origination, structuring, and execution. He spent three years at HSBC as an Analyst in the Latin America M&A team and previously worked at Sinergia Capital, focusing on small and medium-sized companies.

Carlos has participated in landmark M&A transactions across industries such as energy and consumer, including the sale of Petrofac Mexico to Perenco and the sale of Calorex to Ariston Thermo.

Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana.
